A SECOND LOOK, ON BRAND

Not just correct.
Right for the brand.

A sentence can read well and still feel wrong for a brand. Start with three practical checks.

01 /

A consistent voice

Warm and casual, or calm and professional? Compare the tone of each draft with the brand’s own standards.

“Get it. Now!” → “Try it when you’re ready.”
02 /

Claims with a basis

Spot promises that go beyond the supplied product information, and flag statements that need verification.

“100% satisfaction for everyone” → Check the evidence
03 /

The details that matter

Dates, eligible products and conditions. Check whether a campaign gives readers the information they need.

“Everything is on sale” → Check dates and exclusions

A THOUGHTFUL WORKFLOW

Your team’s standards.
Your team’s decision.

We’re building a product where an approved review can inform the next one.

  1. 01

    Bring the brand into focus

Gather the voice guidelines, writing rules, product facts and approved examples.

  2. 02

    Review with a reason

See which sentence may not fit, why it was flagged, and how it could change.

  3. 03

    Decide, then refine

The intended workflow uses reviewer-approved edits as reference material for later reviews.

This describes the product direction. Today’s walkthrough uses fixed examples and does not save changes.

Tonekeep started with marketing teams and agencies who write for more than one brand. Our goal is to reduce repetitive review work and make the reasons behind an edit easier to understand.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Questions

What is Tonekeep?

Tonekeep is an early product for reviewing content against a brand’s voice, writing rules and product information, and suggesting edits. It focuses on brand-specific review workflows for marketing teams and agencies.

What can I do in the walkthrough?

Choose a fictional brand, read the review notes, and apply or copy prepared suggestions. The sample is not connected to the Claude API and does not analyze real drafts.

How will Tonekeep use Claude?

We plan to evaluate the Claude API for comparing draft context with brand guidelines and suggesting edits with explanations. The current walkthrough demonstrates that process with fixed examples.

Does it automatically learn from my edits?

The current sample does not save or learn from edits. We plan to use reviewer-approved examples as reference material in later reviews. This does not mean automatically retraining the underlying model.

What about pricing and team accounts?

The current walkthrough is free and does not need an account. We are considering team subscriptions based on brand count and review volume. Pricing and a launch date have not been finalized.
